Client SIM – Sociedade Industrial de Macau
Mission To design the website of this coffee factory in Macao, China, in order to communicate their services and expertise globally, and raise contacts from potential clients and collaborators.
The pages should be produced in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
Solution ESTREIA designed SIM’s webpages with the following:
- Communication concept addressed to an audience composed of global importers, traders and coffee brands. This concept was reinforced with a Flash animation at the home page;
- Focus on the modern facilities and equipment, with sequences of images;
- Good usability achieved using a structure of content easy to grasp, and several navigation aids;
- Content was inserted in 3 different languages: english, traditional and simplified chinese;
- Website was connected to a back-office, so that the client can easily update its content;
- A statistics service was configured in order to send scheduled reports to the client, with predefined goals and metrics;
- Search engine optimization and submission to major portals and directories was done.
Results SIM’s website generated dozens of contacts during its lifetime, through the contact and recruitment forms. It also appeared well placed in searches related with keywords relevant to their business.
During the design and maintenance of our website, ESTREIA always favored the creation of customer value, with positive and visible results from the first day. We could not be more satisfied!
